How I work:

Movement Direction / Direction

My work as a movement director and director begins with deep observation — of the client, the dancers, the context (cultural and physical!). Body language reveals so much more than choreography ever could. From there, I design processes that open up trust, presence and improvisational freedom.

My speciality lies in supporting performers to listen within and to find clarity, confidence and creative agency in their own movement, and in improvisation - freestyle, with a framework. I also combine tools from somatic movement, nervous system regulation (Polyvagal Theory) and mindfulness-based practices to create a grounded starting point.

Over the past years, I’ve brought together embodied presence, systems thinking, experience-based learning and Social Presencing Theater to build sustainable creative tools — for stage, for studios (and sometimes for organizational contexts). The aim is the same: to generate true movement and presence.

Whether it’s about stepping into a new creative phase, unlocking artistic presence, or crafting a piece from scratch — I work to meet each performer or project exactly where they are, and help move from there.
