Maria C. Wahlberg (Decida) is a co-creative and has been working with creative direction, direction, movement direction/improvisation and facilitation with one leg in the hybrid called pop culture and the other in organizational development and transformation processes.

The bridge between is a front line practise in the contemporary mix of (pop) art, music and dance-scenes along with a deep understanding of media and the hyper reality, subculture and participatory culture in a socio-economic-psychological context, where theory U, social presencing theater, systems thinking etc builds a backbone for process leading and co-creation, conscious communication (from an evolutionary purpose) with TRANSPONDER

Adding her recent experience from the sustainability (deep ecology) impact start up scene to the “Life Style” sector; these are her entries into the future of co-creative work, organisations from a living systems lens (teal, nextgen , regenerative organisations) and Society 5.0
